At SouthSide we are passionate about worship.  We have no set style; our goal is to please the Lord with an attitude of praise.  We understand that God wants worshippers who come in spirit and in truth.

CHOIR

We have a fairly traditional choir program.  Youth are invited to participate in it as well.  Choir rehearsals are either Sunday 5pm or Wednesday 7pm, depending on what works best for you.  Everyone is invited to join us.  We are currently working on our Christmas program music.  It will be performed Sunday morning, Dec 4th.

PRAISE TEAM

As well, we have a praise team that leads our morning worship experience on a regular basis.  We have many needs and openings in this group.  Those positions are open to those with special skills, an exemplary spiritual life and a humble, giving attitude.  We consider leadership a worth-while calling, but worthy of new testiment expectations.  Speak to our Worship leader if you feel called to this ministry.  We’d love to have you.  WE NEED YOU!!

OTHER

As this includes all arts, we never want to confine ourselves to just what we’re doing right now.  There are so many creative ways to worship God and express our relationship with him.   If you can think of it (and it’s appropriate) we’ll consider it.   We want to grow; we want to experience the manifest presence of our loving living God.
